Meet Meg Allen
As a bilingual Realtor fluent in English and Spanish, I proudly serve clients from many different backgrounds, including those navigating the home buying or selling process in a second language. I also believe that thriving neighborhoods are built through strong local businesses, which is why I'm passionate about supporting immigrant-owned and local businesses and creating opportunities for people to connect with the communities they call home.
Whether you're buying your first home, buying your fifth, or simply trying to understand your options, my goal is to make the process feel approachable and empowering. I always tell my clients that “the answer is not yes or no, but it is yes or not yet.” Together, we'll build a plan that gets you where you want to be, at a pace that feels right for you.
This is especially true for first-time buyers, who I often work with well before they're ready to make an offer. I meet with clients who are one, two, or even three years out from buying, and together we build a roadmap: what to focus on with credit, savings, debt, and timing as well as education about the entire process, so that when they are ready, they're not starting from scratch. I check in along the way, celebrate the small wins, and adjust the plan as life changes. By the time we start looking at homes, they walk in feeling prepared, educated, empowered and confident instead of overwhelmed, because we've already done the groundwork together.
For sellers, my approach is just as personal. Some clients need guidance through every step of the process, while others are looking for strategic advice to maximize their investment. Either way, I focus on clear communication, thoughtful planning, and strong negotiation so you can move forward with confidence.
For more than 20 years, I worked alongside immigrants, refugees, and other underserved communities through nonprofit organizations and local government. During that time, I saw something that changed the way I think about housing forever. Too many hardworking families weren't being held back by a lack of determination. They were being held back by a lack of access to information, resources, and opportunities that many people take for granted.
I saw firsthand how homeownership can create stability, open doors, and build generational wealth, but I also saw how confusing the process can feel when no one has taken the time to explain it. That realization is what led me to real estate.
Today, my work is driven by the same purpose that guided me throughout my nonprofit career: helping people build stronger futures through education, advocacy, and access. I believe everyone deserves the opportunity to make informed financial decisions and pursue homeownership with confidence.
Over the years, I've been fortunate to be recognized within my company, Your Castle Real Estate: I earned the MVP Award in August 2022 and finished in the top 10% of agents for sales that year. Since then, out of about 800 agents company-wide, I've ranked #99 in 2023, #19 in 2024, #62 in 2025, and so far in 2026 I am #33. While those achievements are meaningful, they aren't what motivate me. What matters most is the trust my clients place in me and the opportunity to help individuals and families build stability, create wealth, and feel at home in their communities.
Ready to take the next step and work together?
